We deliver training to the high standards set by ITSSAR (Independent Training Standards Scheme and Register), one of the UK’s most respected forklift accrediting bodies. When your employees pass, They receive:

• An official ITSSAR certificate (recognised nationwide)
• An ITSSAR operator ID card (if requested charges apply)

We also offer In-House Training!

 Maximum 4 people per instructor on all Courses

• Novice Course (complete beginners – no previous experience) – 1 day depending on group size and ability 
• Experienced Course - For operators who have been using equipment but have had no formal certification (Assessment will be carried out to prove this) and usually takes 1 day
• Refresher & Re-certification (for operators whose certificate is expiring or has expired) – Usually 1 day

All above courses state 1 day but are based off hours training and amount of students!

• Walk around the machine and spot anything broken or wrong
• Put the full-body harness on properly and clip the short strap to the anchor point
• Open and close the gate safely every time
• Use the ground controls to lower someone if they are stuck up high
• Raise and lower the platform slowly and smoothly
• Drive the machine forwards and backwards with the platform low only
• Set the outriggers or stabilisers correctly (if it has them)
• Work high up without leaning over the rails
• Check the wind speed and know when to stop work
• Know exactly how much weight (people + tools) you are allowed in the cage
• Park the machine with the platform fully down and key taken out
• Fill in the daily check sheet every morning
• Spot flat tyres, oil leaks, or broken gates
• Charge the battery safely
• Lower the platform in an emergency from inside or outside the cage
