• E1 → High level order picker – you stand on a small platform that goes all the way up (often 8–12 metres high). The forks or pallet are fixed to the platform.
• E2 → High level order picker – same idea but the forks/pallet can move up and down a little bit extra on their own (called “supplementary lift”).

Both trucks let the person go right up to the top shelves to pick boxes by hand.

We deliver training to the high standards set by ITSSAR (Independent Training Standards Scheme and Register), one of the UK’s most respected forklift accrediting bodies. When your employees pass, They receive:

• An official ITSSAR certificate (recognised nationwide)
• An ITSSAR operator ID card (if requested charges apply)

• Novice Course (complete beginners – no previous experience) – 5 days depending on group size and ability 
• Experienced Course - For operators who have been using equipment but have had no formal certification (Assessment will be carried out to prove this) and usually takes 3 days
• Refresher & Re-certification (for operators whose certificate is expiring or has expired) – Usually 1–2 days
• Conversion Course (if you’re already trained on another type of truck and want to add HLOP) – Usually 1–2 days
